On 2016 Kids Count Profile, Georgia Improves in 3 out of 3 indicators for K-12

According to the Annie E. Casey Foundation's 2016 Kids Count Report, Georgia improved in 3 out of 3 K-12-related indicators in the Education domain.
  • Number of 4th graders reading on grade level increased by 6%
  • Number of 8th graders not on grade level for math fell by 3%
  • Number of high school graduates not graduating on time fell by 5%
